Cancellation Policy

Here at Higher Standards in order to serve as much of the community as possible we ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancelling appointments. In order to keep last minute cancellations to a minimum we will keep a copy of your card on file. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will result in 50% of your total bill being charged to your card on file. We understand that there are special circumstances that can cause late cancellations to happen, such as veterinary emergencies or owner emergencies. We are happy to accommodate these occasions. 

No Shows and Termination of Services 

We understand that things come up, but missed appointments without notice ("no-shows") are especially hard on a small business. They not only cause us to lose valuable time, but also keep other clients from getting an appointment they may have needed. If a client no-shows an appointment, a no-show fee of 50% of your bill will be charged to the card we have on file. If a client no shows three total appointments, they will be "fired" as our client and  will no longer be able to make future appointments.
